Return & Refund Policy

At Footluxey, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some transactions require additional processing time before being posted to your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
